Heart-Centered Meditation is a very simple and natural practice. We can learn to unify the outer personality self, or ego, with the deeper spiritual self, that lies within each of us. This is possible by opening to the innate healing experience of the heart. As we begin to connect with this Inner Self or the heart's energy in meditation, we activate our own life force energy. This method of spiritual development is a process-oriented approach to help release energies bound by unconscious beliefs and behaviors to find their natural healthy destination in the person’s life.

Utilizing our ability to sense energy creates an access to our motivations, difficulties and needs. When we face ourselves honestly, we can sense the call of our internal conflict and feel the response of the heart’s energy. The goal is to release blocked energy and sense its integration throughout the mind and body in a beneficial and full expression. There are many needs surfacing from deep inside of us reaching for fulfillment. Once open, the human spirit tends toward health and directs the physical and emotional energy on a healing course.

Mary leads workshops for beginners, as well as for those well-acquainted with meditation. She works with people to open the flow of heart-centered energies in group meditation and from an intuitive method of inquiry in individual consults. Heart-Centered Meditation helps people open to their own inner resourcefulness as human beings, to develop naturally in a way that provides assistance in daily life.

Heart-Centered Meditation instruction is a beneficial complement to any spiritual, religious or therapeutic approach. Different from other forms of meditation, HCM has been found to be very effective to further the practice of seasoned meditators. Many people searching for an approach to healing find Heart-Centered Meditation an essential practice to restore their health and aid in rehabilitation.
